Broker Price Opinion

Notary Public Services ................. $15 per signature or flat fee for loan signing

Mobile notary services for loan signing, affidavits, and other real estate documents.

Lease Listing

Sellers interested in a full service plan pay no fees unless the home sells.  It includes a free Property Profile Report and a free Market Analysis Report.  We help establish a customized marketing plan, provide weekly updates, pre-qualify the Buyers, coordinate the sale with other Realtors, lenders, title companies, vendors, & contractors.  REO Listings and Short Sale Listings (where the selling price is lower than the outstanding mortgage loans) typically use a Seller's Full Service Plan.  The Listing Fee is 2.5%-3% plus an additional Selling Fee of 2.5%-3% of the purchase price for the cooperating Buyer's Broker. All terms and conditions negotiable on this plan.
